The bed was incredibly comfortable, especially after a

long day exploring the city. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Times Square, but the shower pressure could be stronger. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, thanks to the friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel.

In my wife's opinion, the room could've been larger for our family needs. A play area for kids would definitely improve the experience.

Family with children perfectly situated

The location was great, just a short walk to all the shows we wanted to see. I loved how they had fresh coffee and tea every morning in the lobby, really came in handy when rushing out to grab breakfast!

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but for what we got, it kinda made sense.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Standard King Room and really loved the spacious shower and comfy beds. The hotel has some nice relaxation spots, including a cozy lounge area and a tranquil little garden. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster, but it didn’t ruin my stay. 😊

Would recommend for a brief hiatus

Comfortable room, excellent location, with the beds being surprisingly very comfortable and the bedside charging stations perfect for our needs during our family stay.

Was all great.

We enjoyed coffee every morning and a fun ride on Le Carrousel at Bryant Park. The location was perfect for exploring great spots, and we felt safe walking around at night. It’s a chill place to unwind after checking out Broadway shows.

One downside was that the room got really hot, and we had to ask for clean towels during our stay.

It was just a good match for a short-term stay in New York with good value for money. The lobby had free purified water that my kids loved, so that was a nice perk. For better comfort, I'd suggest packing your own cleaning supplies.

i stayed at red collection for 3 nights and the location was perfect, right near port authority. the staff was super friendly and really made me feel welcome. the wi-fi was fast and reliable, which was great for my zoom calls. plus, they offer complimentary passes to planet fitness, which was a nice bonus!

The coffee and tea station in the lobby was a great touch. It made mornings much easier. However, I faced a few issues. The lack of breakfast options was disappointing. I also noticed more seating in common areas would be beneficial for guests looking to relax together. Overall, my stay provided a comfortable experience, but addressing the dining options and seating could enhance the stay further.

My previous stay in new york was decent, but this time at red collection really exceeded my expectations. The quirky decor and spacious bathroom. Loved hanging out in the lobby with coffee and tea available all morning. It’s just a mile from central park!
